Numerous other treatments (e.g., elimination diets, nutritional supplementation, perceptual stimulation/training, sensorimotor integration, biofeedback, progressive relaxation, hypnosis, detoxification, antifungal therapy) have been advocated/tried. It is not anticipated that the multi-site study will focus on these because they either have insufficient controlled research evidence of efficacy or seem to benefit only a small proportion of ADHD children. ..."
